Return Policy

 

For all returns please contact info@franksfisherman.com to begin the return process.

 

1. How do I return my order?

 

We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after receiving your order.  To return an item, please contact info@franksfisherman.com to notify our team of the return. Please note that Franks Fisherman does not cover return postage. Kindly include a copy of your receipt stating which item is being returned along with contact information.

All returns will be processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

 

2. Does Franks Fisherman process exchanges?

 

Unfortunately we do not process exchanges. Simply place a new order for the new item you want and return your originally ordered item, following the return policy steps listed above.

 

3. The item I received is damaged or not what I ordered. What do I do?

 

We’re very sorry about that! Please reach out to info@franksfisherman.com and we’ll take care of it.

 

4. What items are final sale?

 

All sale merchandise, all glassware and all books are final sale.
