We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after receiving your order. To return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to notify our team of the return. Please note that Franks Fisherman does not cover return postage. Kindly include a copy of your receipt stating which item is being returned along with contact information.

Unfortunately we do not process exchanges. Simply place a new order for the new item you want and return your originally ordered item, following the return policy steps listed above.
